A Winston-Salem native who serves as managing member of the firm, Joe’s professional career spans nearly 30 years in public accounting, including time with Arthur Andersen & Company prior to joining Breslow Starling. A tax advisor who also is an attorney, Joe focuses largely in the mergers and acquisitions arena, as well as serving as a tax advocate for many Breslow Starling clients.
