A native North Carolinian who previously worked in corporate tax for Wachovia/First Union and in public accounting for PriceWaterhouse, Herman joined the firm in 2005 and works cross-discipline on both tax and audit assignments. He serves a variety of clients, many of them closely held entities, non-profit organizations, and in the entertainment arena.
