GREENSBORO,NC – August 4, 2010 – Greensboro-based public accounting firm Breslow Starling, one of the Triad region’s fastest-growing accounting and business consulting firms, has announced that member Yvette M. Frusciante has been published in the first annual issue of the Stevenson University's School of Graduate and Professional Studies' Forensics Journal

The article, entitled "Moral Lapse versus the Psychopathic Fraudster:  Implications for Our Justice System", is Ms. Frusciante's first published writing.

Forensics Journal,a publication of the School’s master’s programs in forensic studies and forensic science, presents scholarship and research conducted by students,graduates, and faculty.  All submissions are peer reviewed and faculty reviewed.

Ms. Frusciante is currently enrolled in Stevenson University where she is pursuing a Masters of Science degree in Forensic Studies in Accounting.   Stevenson’s School of Graduate and Professional Studies, based in Owings Mills, Maryland, offers accelerated bachelor’s and master’s degree programs online, allowing working professionals to enhance their careers and to complete a degree in as few as 18months. 

A resident of Kernersville,NC and native of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Ms. Frusciante holds both Bachelor and Masters degrees in Accounting from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro,as well as her CPA license in North Carolina. She also holds the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential as administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). 

Since joining Breslow Starling in 2003, she has focused on internal controls, forensic accounting, fraud examination and frauddeterrence/prevention. She works with both small and large client organizations in the healthcare, wholesale, transportation, manufacturing,construction and professional services arenas, handling forensic investigations in multiple industries.  She is an active member of both the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and Professional Women of Winston-Salem.
