GREENSBORO, NC – April 5, 2010 – Greensboro-based public accounting firm Breslow Starling managing member Joe Warner has announced that the firm has admitted Yvette Frusciante and Herman Goins as new members in the firm.

Ms. Frusciante, a native of Florida,brings over two decades of experience to the table to benefit firm clients.  Since joining the firm in 2003,she has worked with clients across multiple industries on evaluating and improving their internal control systems, conducting audits, and under taking fraud prevention, detection and deterrence.  She focuses her practice on internal controls, forensic accounting, fraud examination and fraud deterrence/prevention.  She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and is a CPA and certified in financial forensics (CFF).  Ms. Frusciante is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the AICPA’s Forensic and Valuation Services Section, the North Carolina Association of CPAs, and active in Professional Women of Winston-Salem.

Mr. Goins is a native North Carolinian who previously worked in corporate tax for Wachovia/First Union and in public accounting for PriceWaterhouse prior to joining Breslow Starling in 2005.   Currently, he works cross-discipline on both tax and audit assignments, serving a varietyof clients, many of them closely held entities, non-profit organizations, andin the entertainment arena.  He holds aB.S. degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University, and is a CPA active in boththe American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North CarolinaAssociation of CPAs.  He is a graduate ofthe Rainmaker Academy Leadership Development Program.
